This is gentle enough to use everyday, if you choose to do so. You can also use this 3-4x a week if desired. I love to use a silicone facial scrub brush to really work the product. It’s super gentle and will not irritate your skin like a pure microdermabrasion scrub would. We have silicone applicators for sale in our shop. They are fantastic tools for skin care!
